As part of its long-standing cooperation with the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, last year the Institute was able to carry out the following projects:
A) Acquisition of digital copies of archival documents from the P. Dobrokhotov collection at the St Petersburg Institute of History, Russian Academy of Sciences. Stage VII
The task involved ordering digital copies from the Pavel Dobrokhotov collection, so that in subsequent stages the documents could be described and placed in the Digital Repository of Polonica.

The project involved acquiring high-quality scans of “civil” buildings from the Historical Archives in St Petersburg. These were scans of various designs for religious buildings in the Kingdom of Poland.
C) Archival searches and research on the iconographic materials of Roman Catholic monasteries in Russia, Lithuania and Belarus — continuation
This is a further stage in the digitisation of materials (plans and drawings) relating to monasteries dissolved after the November Uprising. The research proved very fruitful, and the iconographic material, to which the Institute for Research on the Cultural Heritage of Europe holds the publication rights, will soon appear in print.
D) Stan badań nad wielokulturowym dziedzictwem dawnej Rzeczypospolitej (The State of Research on the Multicultural Heritage of the Former Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth), vols XI–XIV, Białystok 2020 (scholarly publication)
In 2019 we received funds from the Minister of Culture only for copy-editing and language proofreading. We therefore plan to print the 4 volumes in 2020. This is a multi-volume publication; so far 10 edited volumes have appeared, documenting and discussing the heritage of the former Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth.
