Archival records (castle-court records of Brańsk, Drohiczyn and Bielsk, and the Main Tribunal of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania) from the National Historical Archives of Belarus in Minsk now available online

Thanks to funding from the Minister of Science and Higher Education, the Institute for Research on the Cultural Heritage of Europe has acquired more than 77,000 scans of archival records under the project ARCHIVAL MATERIALS – POLONICA FROM THE NATIONAL HISTORICAL ARCHIVES OF BELARUS IN MINSK – digitisation and provision of access to scans in the Digital Repository of Polonica.

In 2019-2020 the project produced 77,426 scans from the following fonds:

fond 1702: Main Tribunal of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania (1617-1738, 1835), fond 1702, op. 1, file nos.: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16;

fond 1706: Bielsk castle-court records – (1549-1694), reference codes: fond 1706, op. 1, file nos.: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11.

fond 1708: Brańsk castle-court records – Acta Castrensia Branscensia – (1541-1750), reference codes: 1708, op. 1, file nos.: 122, 123, 124, 124a, 125, 126, 131, 135, 136, 139, 140, 142, 143, 144, 145, 146, 147, 148, 149, 150, 180, 197, 198, 199, 200, 201, 203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 209;

fond 1715: Drohiczyn castle-court records (1518-1744), fond 1715, op. 1, file nos.: 2-5, 7-10.
